Carbon Fiber (CF) Reinforced Filament
Carbon fiber 3D printing filaments are composite materials compounded with chopped short carbon fiber in polymer matrix base, such as PLA, ABS, PETG, Nylon, PP, etc. The carbon fibers reduce shrinkage and warpage during cooling. It greatly improves the strength and stiffness of the final 3D printed part.
- High strength-to-weight ratio
- High stiffness
- High dimensional stability
- Lower shrinkage and warpage
- Electrostatic discharge (ESD) property
Applications
- Aerospace
- Industrial and engineering tooling
- Automobile parts
- End-use parts
