Lamborghini Tail Light Reflector Housing – Reverse Engineered

An exotic car company came to us with a challenge. They had a Lamborghini with a broken tail light housing. Some of the mounting tabs were broken off and it was barely attached to the vehicle. They separated the lens from the housing and brought it to us to duplicate. So that is exactly what we did. The housing was scanned to create a high resolution 3D model. Then it was reverse engineered into a CAD model and printed with PA-GF filament. The result was a perfect fit.
