Zack Smithey Fine Art – Yoshi Figurine

A local artist came to us with a small figurine he needed to recreate for his client. The figurine is just under five inches tall and it was scanned on the AutoScan-Inspec scanner in ultra high resolution. After scanning, the Yoshi model was scaled up to nearly 70cm without any loss of definition. This is a perfect example of how 3D scanning can be utilized to scale an object without loss of definition for whatever the need.
