Cast Aluminum Industrial Fan Blade

A new client came to us that manufactures cast aluminum products. They produced two samples based on a CAD model they were PROVIDED. In order to insure the casting is accurate, they contracted us to scan the samples and compare the 3D models with the CAD model. This is called deviation analysis, and it is one of the services we provide. We are able to compare to 3D models and produce a heat map showing any deviations between the two. We can’t display that data here because it is confidential. These are photos of the blades we scanned and the resulting models.
